By creating an account or using Geggeo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

What Geggeo is

Geggeo is a directory that helps customers in Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental find and contact independent local service providers (delivery, rides, repairs, cleaning, and similar services). Geggeo is not the employer of any provider, is not a party to any agreement made between a customer and a provider, and does not process payments between them — arrangements for the job itself (price, timing, payment) are made directly between customer and provider.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
  • You must be old enough to legally enter into agreements for the services offered.
  • One account per person. Admins may suspend or remove accounts used to bypass this.

Provider listings

  • Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing — business name, phone number, service area, and categories offered.
  • A "Verified" badge means an admin reviewed the listing; it isn't a guarantee of the quality, licensing, or legality of a provider's work.
  • Geggeo may verify, feature, suspend, or remove a listing at its discretion, including for inaccurate information or complaints.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, spam, or misuse contact information found on the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the platform itself.
  • Use Geggeo for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty, limited liability

Geggeo connects customers and providers but doesn't perform, supervise, or guarantee any service listed on the platform. Services are provided entirely by independent providers, at their own risk and responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geggeo isn't liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a service arranged through the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms as Geggeo grows. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use Geggeo after a change means you accept the update.
